My Husband works 3rd shift. I told Staci who works in the office. She didn't want the lawn maintenance crew to wake him up by cutting the grass too early. Since that time, they always come in the afternoon to cut the grass. We appreciate the special attention shown by Staci and the willingness shown by her and the lawn maintenance crew to make a special effort in order not to wake up my husband.
Calvin, the maintenance supervisor, and Staci, the leasing agent, made sure that all the finishing touches were taken care of before we moved in. We fell 100% confident that if something needs attending to it will be taken care of promptly.
From the time I first called to check on staying at Bethlehem Woods Apartments, Alma was friendly and helpful. I have found Bethlehem Woods to be a safe and peaceful community. Anytime I have a problem, Jimmy who takes care of on-site maintenance, responds usually the same day. He is always courteous, friendly and diligent.
